Answer 1: How do I get into my files and info you send me?

I will send you a link to a secure client folder on my Google suite if you are a life coaching client or via the FGI Simple Practice client portal for counselling clients. You'll need to use that link or the FGI client portal to get your files and to upload new ones. Below are videos explaining these options.

Note: Mobile device users - Due to so many devices and ways to access data it gets really complicated. I am focusing on PC below and hopefully that will give you enough tips and info to use your mobile device..

Note: Mac users - preview works on newer OS for filling in the PDF forms

Note: Chrome users - you can download the acrobat plug in for Google Drive and then edit PDF's right IN Google, no downloading and uploading needed.

Answer 3: How do I reschedule or change a booking day/time?

For life coaching clients, or those using Calendly to book, please use the confirmation email from the booking you'd like to change. It will have a rescheduling link.

If you are a counselling client and seeing me through the Feeling Good Institute please use the client portal.

Answer 4: Can I refer a family member to you?

Yes, you are welcome to refer a family member to me. It is helpful if you let me know you are referring them if you are still an active client. I do try to avoid situations where a current client may feel awkward if a close family member, such as a child, parent, or spouse, is also working with me. If you have any concerns or questions about this please let me know.

Answer 5: What if I can't get into my video session?

Please email or call me right away during the session and I will try to help you with tech support.

Answer 6: Where can I get all my survey answers?

Please ask for these at your next session. I'm happy to give you any of your health and wellness information. That is your legal right to ask for and receive from any practitioner.

Answer 7: If you are Christian, why don't you mention God or prayer during our sessions?

Very simply, it is unethical and even illegal for me to bring up my religious beliefs and ideologies during a session unless the client is looking for spiritual counselling. That means if you are a Christian and you'd like prayer and more Biblical tools please let me know. I am happy to do that with you and we can do spiritual counselling together if you ask for that option.
