Ever struggle with why you are feeling worried, down, or irritated even though you know God loves you?
Wonder if you are not praying enough or doing something else wrong?
Concerned about the overuse of “mental health” and what that means for Christians?
I get it! I’ve struggled with these questions and many more around my own health journey and that’s why I created this course.
This course will walk you through how to think truthfully using come CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) from a Biblical perspective. BUT it’s much more than traditional CBT which is LIMITED to heal our broken, sinful condition. Rather this course is largely based on TEAM-CBT, the work of Dr. David Burns, as well as the Bible and my own personal and professional experience as a counsellor and person of faith. In TEAM we work to move you toward healthy goals for your mind rather than traditional psychology and diagnostics of issues.
I’ll attempt to take you step by step through the process of crushing negative thoughts that cause painful emotions and what you can do about trauma and tragedy you’ve experienced. But sometimes we need more than a self-help program can provide. If you need more support, you are not alone, I didn’t get here from “just” reading books an watch videos, but also with some support along the way. Click here to find out more how you can get additional support for your mental health journey.
In this course you’ll learn:
- how the brain forms thoughts
- where emotions come from
- how to change your thinking
- what the Bible says about emotional wellness
- faith-based tools for a purposeful outlook
- and much more

Improving your emotional health as a Christian can be
concerning if it’s not from the Bible!
NOTE: If you aren’t religious you can still find a lot of value in the first half of this course, you can skip the Bible references and Faith-tools section if that doesn’t appeal to you.
PS: As with all my training if you need financial assistance use this 50% off coupon or email me if you can’t afford that: 5TJ6GF109
PPS: This course used to be called “Positive Mental Health 4 Christians” but that didn’t seem to really reflect what I was trying to accomplish and it didn’t resonate with some Christians. This course is really about teaching you how God wants you to think about yourself and the world around you, TRUTHFULLY!
