This course teaches you how to use TEAM-CBT as a “Feeling Great” coach. This self-paced course will guide you with handouts and videos and includes a live one-on-one with Angela Poch. There is a live oral exam you need to pass to get your certificate. It is recommended you have some experience coaching before taking this course but that’s not a requirement. Just keep in mind you may need more practice time to feel confident using these tools.
This course will pair very nicely with the Feeling Great app just released in the USA! Use the app as homework for your clients or promote yourself as a human supplement to the app.
How long will this course take and what do you get:

Much of this course was filmed during my Monday Group practice and thus has language for both therapists and coaches. I am working to update this course to be exclusively for coaches and you will get all updates FREE of charge. Please watch the video below before purchasing so you know what you are getting. It is recommended you join the Monday Group to practice as well as find a practice partner. Let me know if you’d like to join the group FREE of charge! It is unlikely you’ll pass the final exam (required to get your certificate) without practicing at least 20 hours in a group or with a partner unless you are already a seasoned coach/therapist in TEAM-CBT.
You will also get enough FGI TEAM-CBT credits for Level 1 TEAM-CBT certification or half the needed credits for Level 2 if you already have level 1.
