Deep Breathing

There are many ways to do deep breathing techiques. This is only one idea but using pursed lips can be helpful for increasing lung function especally for those with asthma or COPD1 on top of the general relaxation one can get from doing regular deep breathing.

On study reports, "A growing number of empirical studies have revealed that diaphragmatic breathing may trigger body relaxation responses and benefit both physical and mental health."2.
