User getting error: Jennifer Wilson User name: jltw.tucson AND second user: Hwa Chi (username: hwachi)
Course they are trying to access: Masterclass
Jennifer has an active membership (expires Sept 2025) but NO subscription because she’s been paying directly to Stripe. This will change in a couple weeks. They will be migrated to pay and create a subscription in Sept. But in the meantime, I’d like to be able to control the expiration date for course access.
The main course page shows “buy now” instead of “start” or “continue” it’s like it’s blocked her access?
