Instructor
Hello, I'm Angela Poch and I'm a mental health counsellor and life coach specializing in training therapists and coaches to help their clients: defeat depression & anxiety, improving relationships, and better overall health and wellness. I use TEAM-CBT and, when appropriate, faith-based methods to create lasting change in a brief time frame.
I've worked with Dr. David Burns as a small group leader in his workshops and was a small group leader in his Stanford Tuesday group for health professionals. I worked at the Feeling Good Institute as a clinician and trainer for 3 years. I am a member of ASI and have done several presentation for NAD Health Summits and other churches and conferences.
In addition to one-on-one personal work, I also offer consulting and training for therapists and life coaches. I also enjoy putting on workshops and doing speaking engagements.
Feel free to book a 20min consult or email me to learn more.
