Health requires your WHOLE being!
There is no record of the order of importance, and that silence must mean they are on a fairly equal playing field. Often we like to simplify things and know “what’s most important” because we don’t have the energy to tackle them all at once. The good news is that God knows how to direct a moving ship, so just start moving forward.
That said, there is ONE that is above all the others. Trust in God so I’ve put that one twice and we’ll look at it in a slightly different perspective the second time!
Trust in God – Acceptance & Empowerment of the Will
Air – obviously we can only survive a few minutes without air, albeit the record is over 20mins!
Water – We can only go a few days without water.
Sleep – We can miss a few days of sleep and come up no worse for ware, but constantly getting poor sleep is problematic.
Exercise – While no one has died from lack of exercise in the short term, being sedentary is a major factor of poor health. Not to mention exercise helps with both sleep and cognitive function.
Food – We can go a lot longer without food. In fact, too little is far better for your health than too much. That said, nutrients are important for both physical and mental health, with the brain needing carbs and fats.

Healthy Thinking – CBT and much more!
Physical Rest – Sleep is very important, as is not overworking. This will look different for each individual.
Spiritual/Emotional Rest – Sabbath blessings and taking time away from thinking about yourself. Nature can be very helpful here.
Avoiding harmful things – drugs, toxic attitudes, etc.
Trust in God – Self-examination & character development
